Family Friendly Horseback Ride
60-minute horseback ride. Beginner-friendly. Enjoy a 60-minute horseback ride on the extensive property of Gordon Creek Rv Park.
Colorado Advanced Horseback Ride
60-minute horseback ride. Experienced Riders Only! Not for beginner riders. Riders must complete a walk/trot/canter(lope) assessment to show balance and control of their horse before heading out on the trails with a capable guide to get up to speed. Must call to book!
Fort Collins Scratch&Ride Experience
90 minute experience. Beginner-friendly. Spend 30 minutes brushing and saddling your horse before going on a 1-hour horseback ride near the Roosevelt National Forest.
Fort Collins Sunset Horseback Ride
60-minute horseback ride. Beginner-friendly. Explore on a stunning horseback ride in the hills and mountains outside of Fort Collins and watch the Colorado sunset from a lookout point.
Colorado Charcuterie Picnic Ride
90-minute horseback ride. Beginner-friendly. Explore the trails for approximately an hour before stopping at a secluded tablescape for an elevated charcuterie picnic.
Most of our locations have accommodations for riders of up to 250 pounds (please call us at (970) 657-5463 to reserve a horse for riders 250-300 pounds). Children as young as 6 years old are welcome to join many of our amazing, Fort Collins horseback rides. Pony rides are available by request for kids who are too young or too nervous to go on a full-length horseback ride.
Whatever Fort Collins horseback riding adventure you choose is sure to be a unique experience – our healthy horses, and reliable trail guides, will see to that! The Colorado horseback riding location operates from May to September every year and the Arizona horseback riding locations operate from December to April.
