“Scratch&Ride”

Tattered Saddle offers Colorado trail rides and horseback riding near Fort Collins, CO at the Gordon Creek RV Park in Livermore, Colorado – a mere 35 minute drive from downtown Fort Collins, Colorado and 20 minutes from Red Feather Lakes, Colorado. At this location, the Stables at Gordon Creek, we provide one-hour beginner horseback trail rides, Colorado sunset trail rides, advanced horseback riding trail rides, and a “cowboy-for-a-day” Scratch&Ride Experience where you can learn to tack and groom your horse before going on an hour-long ride.

Children as young as 6 years old are welcome to join most of our Colorado horseback rides. Hand-led “pony rides” are available for children who are too young or too nervous to go on a full-length horseback ride.
